Odor Detection
This service pinpoints the source of odor leaks from sanitary sewer systems. The suspected system is isolated and pressurized to identify the leak .
Mold Inspection
Our mold investigations are customized for the scale and complexity of each project, ranging from preliminary building walk-throughs to comprehensive investigations. Supporting capabilities include: visual inspections, moisture testing, photographic & thermographic documentation, and invasive inspections of concealed building cavities.
Inspection process done to determine condition of existing manholes and identify any potential problems. A visual inspection should be made to determine the location and extent of all defects. Common areas are the bench, channel, wall and mortar joints, the casting, and the casting-chimney joint and pipe/wall penetrations.
